How do I get Sify Broadband connectivity?

To get connected to Sify Broadband, fill in the registration form or SMS <sifybb> to 54545. Our executive will contact you shortly. Otherwise, you can call us through our universal access number 1800-345-3330 for Mumbai and Delhi subscribers and 1860-425-3330 for other Indian subscribers. With respect to the feasibility and availability of service, the Cable TV Operator / Sify Business Associate will visit your premises for inspection to lay the cable infrastructure

What are the system requirements for a Sify Broadband connection?

• 500 mhz or higher processor
• Windows 95/98/2000/XP/NT
• CD-ROM drive
• Minimum of 64 MB RAM

Who is a CTO/BA?

Sify has appointed a select set of Cable TV Operators (CTO) and Business Associates (BA) in your city. They will be your contact point for delivery of Sify Broadband. The CTO/BA will be responsible for installing the infrastructure in your building and connecting your PC to Sify Broadband. Once you are connected, they will cater to your needs every month

How long will it take to get my Sify Broadband connection?

Sify Broadband is delivered to homes using a unique combination of wireless and cable. The connectivity requires the entire infrastructure to be deployed at your premises. From the date of payment of the installation charges, you will get Sify Broadband in 7 working days under normal circumstances

Can I connect to LAN with my Sify Broadband connection?

Will I be able to shift my Sify Broadband connection from one place to another within the same city or to another city?
