What is the investment I have to make to start?

Your initial investment will be Rs 0.75 - 1.5 lakh. This includes a one-time signup fee and initial service stock

How are multiple flats connected? Is the bandwidth shared?

Multiple flats/offices in a building are connected by a cable driven from the SU (Subscriber Unit) placed on the top of the building. Sify Broadband offers dedicated bandwidth to all its customers and it is not shared.

Can I renew the customer on my own?

Yes. Sify's renewal management system will enable you to renew your customer on your own depending on the balance you have with Sify

HOW IT WORKS

Sify is synonymous with innovation. Sify Broadband uses the latest technology called 'fixed wireless.' This uses a stationary 10" X 10" rectangular device called the subscriber-unit. Mounted on the roof of a Cable Operator's building, this device points to the closest Sify Base Station that sends and receives signals. As the signal is received in your CTO/DID's subscriber-unit, it is sent through cable to a computer in your home/building. Unlike conventional dial-up connections, Sify Broadband does not depend on the existing telephone line quality. As a result, you get unmatchable Internet speeds
